Good point - I checked Wealthclub and they are showing there for me too. Looks like an admin delay for everybody then.

My Proven share certificate (issue of 3rd April) has not yet arrived - but the email from Proven (6th April) confirming the allocation stated that it should arrive within 15 days of the issue. Given the disruption due to Covid-19, a delay is perhaps not surprising. I have assumed that it will arrive soon with its tax certificate, and I have gone ahead and included it in my tax return.

Good half year results for N2 and N3 and full year for N1. All were at big discounts to NA but now closed with mkt price for all 3 up approx 20%. Most unusual for large VCTs.

Two more items of note from the reports.

No fundraising is expected from any of the Northern VCTs this tax year.

Mercia, the new owner of Northern, is very pleased that NVT is paying a performance fee of £284k

Yesterdays 20% price jump in all 3 Northern Trusts is remarkable (and welcome) and comes on the back of a revaluation. It begs the question of whether other VCTs that haven't greatly recovered since March (The BSC and Proven pairs also, in large part the Baronsmead twins and perhaps Mobeus, though they've paid out substantial dividends) may be revalued too, prompting similar jumps, or whether they've replete with companies that'll never recover.
