Cliff Weight ,who has been instrumental in drawing attention to the greed of Albion partners, has just reported a 67% increase in pay for said partners.
Sadly, it is we investors who are paying them !!!
Well worth reading his missive on Sharesoc site today.

Cliff
Very well done on your campaign re AAVC, I see the RNS issued this morning states that after consultation the managers are reducing their excess over the hurdle from 20% to 15%.
About as much as we could reasonably have hoped for.

Apologies, I thanked Cliff but I do know there were others involved as well, Tim for one, certainly !
I meant to say well done to all involved in acheiving this result.

I agree with all those sentiments. In particular, Tim produced an outstanding couple of pieces of very detailed research/analysis on VCT industry performance fee arrangements last September, which he posted on the Albion Venture VCT:AGM 2019 thread. They are required reading for anyone who wants a better understanding of industry norms, what is best practice - and what is not.
