Selling and buying (secondhand) Albion VCTs should now be quite a bit easier

I think Panmure Gordon look after all the main VCTs, with the exception of Maven, who still doggedly hang onto Shore Capital who definitely do not do such a good job as Panmure from a shareholder perspective.

Winterfloods (who were previously assigned to the Albion VCTs) make a market in most of the VCTs, but they are not paid to do so by the VCTs, so they quote large spreads with a small maximum deal size.
