It's an increase from 7.5% to 9% of a tax on dividends paid to individual taxpayers on aggregate dividends in excess of £ 2,000. I don't believe it applies to transactions taking place under rules of Corporate taxation. So if a VCT receives a return from investments in the form of dividends, I don't believe this change affects it.
