Albion's fundraising round about to open in the new year, but it's only five of the six VCTs.

One might wonder if Albion Original has chosen to opt out of investing under the new rules and is allowing its venerable portfolio to run gradually down? ISTR there have been hints of that in the past, though I couldn't recollect any detail.
