I have been in the habit of occasionally following the market movement by looking at the information displayed top left on the Sky News screen ( channel 233 on Freeview or 501 on Sky).
Recently they have taken to showing the previous day closing price, rather than a live feed.
Do not have a shock when you see perhaps that the market has fallen by 1% on a day when it is rising strongly. The currency figures seem to be behaving normally.

Again today.
Most days they show the correct figure regularly updated but every so often they get stuck on the previous days close, in today's case Friday's close.
