Updating dividends on my HYPTUS today repeatedly failed on Standard life Aberdeen.

RT error 91
Object variable or With block variable not set.

Deleting SLA cures this.

Win 7
Excel 2003
HYPTUS 11.52

There doen't seem to be anything obviously wrong on the DL page

Are you sure you mean "Updating Dividends"? That works fine for me on all 3 dividend data sources.

I do see the error when getting Digital Look Forecast Yields.

It looks like Digital Look (Webfg) have, in their infinite wisdom, changed the URL for Standard Life Aberdeen.

Go to the Digital Look Data Sheet and locate SLA (around row 457 depending on your version)
Change column A from:
/equity/Standard_Life_Aberdeen
to
/equity/Standard_Life_Aberdeen-13454

I'll update the digital_look_data_sheet.txt at http://lemonfoolfinancialsoftware.weebl ... op-up.html in the next hour or so

Same error with me.
But the URL Suffix in the "Digital Look Data Sheet" needs to be set to /equity/Standard_Life_Aberdeen-13454

Thanks you Kiloran: you published the solution before I even noticed the problem

Note the 22nd October was the effective date when SLA did the 7 for 8 adjustment to the number of shares held, if that had any bearing on the situation.

I had the same problem, many thanks for the fix kiloran!

Having a problem effecting a transfer from version 11.30 to current version. Digital forecast yields times out after downloading the divs for the first few shares.

Just tried version 11.55 with 6 shares and it updated the forecast yields very rapidly. Windows 7 and Excel 2010

Do other macros work OK (Update Yahoo price, update dividends etc)
What OS and Excel version are you using?
What happens if you download a fresh version of 11.55 and update forecast yields without making any changes?

The other macros seem to work ok. Win 7 excel 2010.

I'm using "v11_52" in Excel 2010 (32 bit) on a Windows 10 o/s.


The forecast yield info for SLA (and ITV) comes backs as ??? (and after a while it crashes with a runtime error).

The share prices come back correct and very quickly.

Forecast Yields for SLA and ITV are fine for me, using v11.55

For SLA, did you make the change to the URL Suffix highlighted up-thread?

As Kiloran has noted, the solution to the Excel SLA issue has been captured earlier in this thread, but for the sake of completeness, here's what my Digital Look Data Sheet currently holds, and with these details both SLA and ITV are working fine for Forecast Yield retrieval -
