Tracking Accounts with Google Sheets

I have been using google sheets for tracking my shareholdings across multiple trading accounts for over 8 years.

Stock prices, exchange rates etc are all updated live. I used to manually save this to Excel as a fixed record once per month.
However, a few months ago I started using google script to make a daily fixed record of valuations. I had no prior knowledge of google script & this was done by adapting the script obtained from the following very helpful website.

The main "to do" on this is to fix the error handling. I currently record the data twice per day, after hours, so if the sheet hasn't loaded the stock prices at the first attempt & has errors, I have a second record.
I want to make it repeat the option only if there is an error in the saved data, but haven't figured that part out yet. All advice is welcome !
