OFX Downloads - Barclays turn

A few weeks ago it was First Direct, now it's Barclays breaking things.
Last week I could quickly download an OFX file containing all my accounts by clicking directly on a link on the home page, clicking a two or three "confirm"/"OK" buttons. No scrolling, one download, all done.
The "new" website now requires you to:
For each account
Select the account
Scroll down
Click on Export all
Scroll down a list to select OFX
Change the name from data.ofx (because you have multiple files now not just one data.ofx file)
Click save.
And this is before I look and see how they've reinterpreted the OFX format.
What is it with bank's and their drive to "improve" their websites?
