HYPTUSS - Dividend Data locked out

I updated my HYPTUSS to get the dividend data (temporarily) from Dividend Data.

I pressed ahead, even after the warning and was subsequently locked out.... I can no longer access Dividend Data even through my browser, it looks like I've been barred.

Has anyone else had this, and if so how long before I can use Dividend Data again (obviously never through HYPTUSS again)?

Got the t-shirt!

Try turning your router off for 1 minute, and then give it a go once it's all back up and running...

The blocks are IP-address related, and normally cycling your broadband router will get you a new IP-address...

Sometimes clearing your browser history helps. It did for me logging into my bank.

I reset the router in the end, got a new IP address and I could access it again.

Sadly not in this case. Any device (PC, laptop, smartphone, Windows or Linux, any browser) connected to the router is locked out since they all share the router IP address

I like dividend data but because of the “one strike and you’re out” IP rule and because they don’t say who they are, I cannot see me ever using it for anything grown up.
