I have a question about personal cash/budget management using both Moneyhub and Chip+1
There isn't a lot of detailed information about they work in practice available , just some FAQs which aren't particularly thorough.
I've just started using Moneyhub to help with tracking and budgeting, all my accounts are linked.
I want to use Chip+1 as a savings account to get the £150 bonus (highest interest rate available on cash at the mo, with additional bonus if you join via MSE)
But I can't see how Chip works and if it will be in conflict with moneyhub, and I don't want to double count anything.
I'd like to just transfer £10k from an existing account (connected to Moneyhub) to Chip and leave it there for a year with no further transactions. But does Chip need access to all my bank accounts? Will it be moving virtual sums into different virtual pots? Will it disrupt the categories I use in Money hub?
Not sure what to! Help please!
