Aye well those tips are designed to fall off - push fit nonsense!
If the saddle's are the bent steel Fender stamped one's you're probably out of luck getting them individually
well that's if you want new... there'll be a box in every guitar repair workshop because it's one of the simplest things you can upgrade
If it's plain steel then I reckon Gotoh will sell them singly
If it were me I'd upgrade to ones where the grubs aren't exposed
then upgrade the trem to a Wilkinson with a much heavier block
