I must have blinked; did I miss the RBL President (currently Air Marshal David Walker) lay a wreath?
Perhaps because Armistice Day commemoration and Remembrance Sunday have become conflated something has had to give?
I have fond memories of General Roddy Cordy-SImpson in the correct 'plain clothes' dress of a former cavalry officer handing his bowler and umbrella to an aide before laying the RBL wreath.
