A bit proud
My son has just today got his green beret, Royal Marines Commando, as a reserve in part of Scottish group. Not sure how many others passed with him but just want to record our congratulations and pride for all of them for even attempting this let alone achieving it.

Re: A bit proud
Congratulations to your son. My cousin got his beret in 1964 and still wears it with pride on Armistice Day and sadly, more often as time passes, to the funerals of old comrades.
