Re: Christmas Crapper
What about those wonderful greats of yesteryear:-
1980 St. Winifred's School Choir - There's No One quite Like Grandma
1993 Mr Blobby with this all time hit - Mr. Blobby
2000 Bob the Builder - Can We Fix It.
Even Cliff is better than those. I remember when Cliff and the Shadows first appeared on the scene in the late 1950s, believe you me we thought he was ace. Us young ladies thought he was wonderful with his hair slicked back with half a pan of chip fat and his lip curled in what was supposed to be a sneer but looked more like breaking wind. Mind you compared to Al Martino. Johnny Ray, Frankie Lane etc. he was at least young.
I own up to not having listened to his latest offering, in fact the last time I heard him sing was at Wimbledon when rain stopped play and the natives were getting restless.

Compliments of the season!
The Darkness - Christmas time
Pogues - Fairy Tale of New york
Greg Lake - I Believe in Father Christmas
Pretenders - 2000 miles
Chris Rea - Driving Home For Christmas

Plus one vote for Pretenders and Joni
Ring Out Solstice Bells - Jethro Tull (c'mon it's almost a Christmas song)

Good advice. Though even if I had a cat, I fancy it would soon learn to make itself scarce when she was in the offing.

Maybe you would prefer to 'Get sexy in the snow' listening to Have a Cheeky Christmas by the Cheeky Girls, a favourite of Lemonbit Opik IIRC.

IIRC, The Cheeky Girls were at least what they pretended to be. Unlike George Michael, say, who wasn't. Or, umm, anybody remember the name of that Australian geezer with his two little ..... naah, maybe not.
