The 21st hour was 8-9 pm. And if you regard 2000 as the 21st century, then the 21st year of it was 2020.

In a little under 100 years and a day, it'll be all 22s.

The pond is in the very pretty park at the end of my road. I've never seen dogs in the water but a pair of swans and some ducks arrive in the spring most years. To be fair the council drains and cleans the pond several times a year so the video was probably taken just prior to a clean.
