But the Land Registry records confirm that the title to the railway section behind the facade has never been registered at the Land Registry, which indicates it’s probably still owned by the Metropolitan Railway (presumably now TfL).
And now they don’t have steam trains any more there’s a great opportunity for someone to buy that space off them, cover it over and build a prestigious £10m house on it.
