The leak that undermined a British ambassador begs the question once again: what should count as High Treason today? This being an obvious strong candidate.
Other candidates I've noted in recent times are those who sit in Parliament and pursue a huge conflict of interest as their hedge funds (or husband's hedge funds) profit from big bets against the UK.

Unfortunately probably no-one.
Whether you agree with the British Ambassador's assessments or not, surely he was entitled and expected to make them on the certain understanding that they were confidential if not privileged. Personally I hope that they do find out who the leaker was and throw the book at him/her/them.
