These things don't always work out with a satisfactory ending, unfortunately. Here on Monday during a similar scenario.

In Britain , his lawyers would argue that was cruel and unusual punishment , and contravene his human rights , so he would just get a fine of £300 , while the local ratepayers would get the bill for the cost of the clear up.
