Mine too: only 27 degrees and brilliant sunshine and England have scored a run without losing a wicket.PinkDalek wrote:Dreadful yet again.

Re: Bank Holiday weather
And I went camping last weekend, in damp Devon
Actually Saturday onward was OK, but got very wet Friday night (improved by watching the Stranglers and Seth Lakeman. Not at the same time.)

Agreed. Just back from Sardinia (37 Deg or so each day). Shivering here in a jumper.
Nice place, but as designated driver, no chance of a cheeky lunchtime beer any of the days, which put a bit of a dampener on it.

Re: Bank Holiday weekend weather
The beer wasn’t warm, nor was the cider. Unfortunately many of the outlets had run out of water, such that one was forced to queue for yet more alcohol, such that I missed the Itoje try.
Brilliant atmosphere, unsurprising given the number of Ireland supporters.
Edit: I was a designated driver in Sardinia a few years back. I don’t recall not having a quick beer.
