I was just listening to NASA TV for the rendezvous and docking of NASA's Boeing Orbital Flight and heard the following conversation between an astronaut on the ISS and Capcom:

Hi, I've just plugged my laptop in to charge but the charge light hasn't come on.

OK, suggest you try another cable, let me know if you need me to help locate one for you.
