A driver in Ayrshire has been reported to the procurator fiscal for driving at 148mph on the A78 between Troon & Greenock.

Dod, I'm sorry but I've got to ask, were you out on your new lawn mower recently and were you wearing a crash helmet? I know - my bad :shock:
