Nope. Chrome on my PC and on my phone were "fresh" browsers. And I can still see if with a forced refetch.

Maybe a DNS issue in different parts of the net? I have 84.18.206.207 for it.

dunno. But it would mean whatever DNS BT uses is in sync with whatever dns istdownrightnowcom uses.

My (admittedly limited) understanding is that OpenStreetMap data is free for everyone to use so long as it is attributed.
