Near Newtownards, looking across Strangford Lough to Scrabo Tower. There are lots of scenic views around the lough, I wish I had the time to appreciate it more.

Just remembered, I was out cycling earlier in the day and took a picture at Kiltonga duck pond on the opposite side of Scrabo, looking back in the direction of Scrabo Tower.

Did you see any dolphins, porpoises or whales ? Lots about this summer.

Nice photos. That beach isn't the best for walking, its an ankle twister.

My son and family were paddle-boarding at Hopeman Bay - just along the coast, a couple of weeks ago, and enjoyed the company of a school of dolphins.

We were passing through Hawes (in Wensleydale) today, when my other half spotted the following images - and exclaimed - its Yarn bombers at work. Hands up anybody that knows what Yarn bombers are - I didn't. But here is the work of the Hawes branch - knitting needles are required if you want to join a branch

They were collecting for a good cause. The money will be split between Yorkshire Air Ambulance and Swaledale Mountain Rescue Team.

Another nice sunset this evening, looking over Belfast Lough from Redburn Country Park in North Down.

Glad to get a bit of heat here at last, we haven't had much.

Brilliant Snorvey.

I suspect you might have had a much better night's kip than the rest of us sticky buggers as well!
