The Board of The City of London Investment Trust plc announces that -
A first interim dividend of 5.00p (2021 - 4.8p) per ordinary share will be paid on 30 November 2022 to holders registered at the close of business on 28 October 2022.
The Company's shares will go ex-dividend on 27 October 2022.
