The Board of The City of London Investment Trust plc announces that -
A fourth interim dividend of 5.05p per ordinary share of 25p will be paid on 31 August 2023 to holders registered at the close of business on 28 July 2023.
The Company's shares will go ex-dividend on 27 July 2023.
The total dividend for the year to 30 June 2023 is 20.10p per share, an increase of 2.6% over the previous year.
