I didn't want to clog up the HYP thread, so here is better for discussion, if any is warranted.
Every now and then, I jot down the current XIRR showing for my HYP, IT basket and income OEICS. These income "streams" are well known from my other posts, but I don't think I've published this chart of XIRR previously.
Since the portfolios were all started around the 2009-10-ish, I'm assuming the inital year or two shown here - the steep rise - might be an "edge" artefact.
