"GYG is close to reaching contractual resolution on the major refit project and in advanced discussions on the two New Build projects." Co can then update outlook. Caribbean Investment (CIHL) proposed delisting due to low volumes, cost of listing. Will still trade on the Bermuda Stock Exchange. [SP=38.86 Cap=52m]
SysGroup (SYS) guides H1 rev down 16% but adj EBITDA in line with mgmt exp at £1.34m. Sees FY adj EBITDA in line. [SP=35 Cap=17m]
