Tekmar (TGP) £4m placing & OO at 45p, a 7% premium, for working capital headroom to support new contract deployment, R&D etc. [SP=43 Cap=22m]
Oxford BioDynamics (OBD) US launch of its Checkpoint Inhibitor Response Test, a first-of-its-kind precision medicine test to predict a cancer patient's response to an Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor. [SP=21.51 Cap=22m]
On the Beach (OTB) AGM stst. Covid heavily impacted sales in Nov to early Jan. Sep - Oct sales above FY19. Recent 4 weeks sales up 50% on FY19. Cash at hand £19m excluding £61m of customer prepayments. [SP=255.86 Cap=424m]
Global Invacom (GINV) FY(Dec) rev down 20%, pretax -$28k (+$3.1m). Outlook: strong demand but the current FY remains challenging. "Although the impact of the Covid pandemic is easing, management remains vigilant as to the financial impact of any potential future lockdowns. Elsewhere, supply shortages within the semiconductor sector, and ongoing inflationary pressure across international shipping, wages (particularly in the U.S.) and raw materials (including steel), will likely impact perfrmance." McColl's Retail (MSCLS) says reports of its death are greatly exaggerated.and "has received the necessary agreement to roll forward its financial covenant test periodically, and continues to receive credit support from its key commercial partner." Guides FY22 adj EBITDA slightly behind current market expectations, net debt c.£100m end FY22. Blames reduced footfall due to covid. [SP=NA Cap=NA]
Amala Foods (DISH) discussions with investors to provide additional funding to IPO the venture builder business which will seek an Aquis listing by the summer. Guides £3m cap for this with DISH majority holder. If successful, co intends to distribute its shareholding to current shareholders. And some other pies in the sky. [SP=0.5 Cap=2m]
Safestyle (SFE) recent hacking: biz able to continue to sell, survey, manufacture and install but order processing and customer services severely impacted. Guides 10% hit to H1 rev and material impact on profit. This is worse than previous RNS led me to believe. H2 unchanged. Delays FY21 AR to April. [SP=42.8 Cap=59m]
Made Tech (MADE) a consortium including Made Tech wins two-year contract worth up to £37.5m form NHS Digital. Made expects half of this. [SP=70 Cap=273m]
Oncimmune (ONC) contract from Verily Life Sciences, an Alphabet company, to profile autoantibodies for long covid. No £££. [SP=120.04 Cap=83m]
Strix (KETL) hacked by Russias. "Systems are now restored and fully operational. There has been no impact on customer orders or sales, with all businesses within the Group remaining operational." [SP=243 Cap=497m]
Summerway Capital (SWC) proposed Acquisition of Vertigrow Technology, a THC grower, for £80m in paper. £8.5m placing at 165p, a nil dicount, for additional working capital. [SP=150 Cap=12m]
Gresham House Energy Storage Fund (GRID) wins Capacity Market contracts expected to earn revenues of over £108m. Expects this to add 5p to NAV. [SP=133 Cap=582m]
Alpha Growth (ALGW) announces its 2B Plan of managing over $2bn of AUM by 2025. Will make acquisitions. BlackOak Alpha Growth Fund has strong start to year and brings AUM for the fund closer to $50m. Just tell us the number! [SP=2.11 Cap=9m]
OptiBiotix Health (OPTI) guides FY(Dec) rev in line, up 47%. Admin (excluding non-cash items ) up 31% argely due to one-off recruitment and consultancy costs and investment in expanding the team as previously announced. Gross profit uo 37%. Is that not in line then? [SP=37 Cap=33m]
Fix Price Group (FIXP) FY(Dec). The Russian shopping chain cancels today's results cc but you can send questions. [SP=NA Cap=NA]
Toople (TOOP) FY(Sept). Outlook: "Improved financial performance and outlook inQ1 FY21 when compared to Q4 FY20" [SP=0.04 Cap=2m]
