Focusrite (TUNE) and TR1 postings

Hi,

We have a small holding in Focusrite. I've noticed that their SP has fallen a lot over a few weeks.

I've read some pretty good news about the firm for the earlier part of the year. So I went over to Investegate to see if was any reason.

All I could find which I didn't quite understand was several TR-1 filings

I looked this up and can see that it relates to a transfer (of equity in this case)

I assume that's why no SP is mentioned, i.e. because it's a transfer not a purchase or sale as such.

I'm wondering how much I should be reading into these TR-1s that I'm seeing for TUNE.

Forget about the Focusrite (TUNE) bit....but surely some of you know what it means when a firm files a TR1 posting?

No problemo, PD. I'm gonna check out what you linked later on this w/e. I'm currently at the PC, trying to really swot up on another share to purchase. After that BUR debacle, I really want to start to know my companies much better.
