Watchstone Group (WTG) sells Canadian Healthcare services business for $36.2m (£22.3m) (adj for cash/debt). Will have to pay pref share holders C$3.9m (£2.3m). Last H1 EBITDA was C$2.5m (£1.4m).
Toople (TOOP) order numbers in July & August ahead of expectations.
St James House (SJH) pre-paid card programme for its new client delayed by ommercial approvals. Also probs at Merchant services: "no traffic is currently being processed due to issues with the nature of traffic from clients onboarded during July and August".
Staffline (STAF) H1 poor as expected. Cuts FY adj op profit guidance to £20m. Blames weak consumer confidence. Prev guidance (June) was adj EBIT £23m-28m, which it also referred to as op profit.
Trackwise Designs (TWD) warns of material miss in FY rev and op profit. Challenging macro and market conditions hit the RF division.
KRM22 (KRM) H1. Failed to close orders as expected during the summer. Going concern stmt.
