Accesso Technology (ACSO) rejects offers so far, continues to talk. Doesn't sound hopeful.
Renishaw (RSW) Q1 grim as guided in finals. Rev down 19%. Adj pretax £4.3m (£32.6m). No clue as to whether this is worse than expected.
Driver Group (DRV) H1 trading strong. guides FY U/L pretax £3m (£0.8m). I don't have a F/C for pretax.
Murgitroyd (MUR) possible offer of 675p. The SP rose 35% over past month to, er, 675p. Nothing suspicious there.
Northern Bear (NTBR) strong Q2 has not made up for weak Q1. Co said that last year's H1'18 was considered exceptional. H1 adj op profit £1.3m to £1.4m (£1.7m). Hopeful of reporting another strong set of full year results. No forecasts.
