Is this share worth a look? I notice there was some news on Friday.
Firstly the disposal of Hobson's for $410m.

This will give a substantial boost to net cash.
Secondly a possible float of Cazoo by the end of the year with a valuation up to £5bn (DMGT own 20%).

By my admittedly very basic calculations these two moves would leave them with net cash and liquid assets of around the current market cap of £1.64nb with the rest of the business thrown in for free.
The balance sheet is already very healthy.
The price jumped 20% on Friday and may jump some more on Monday, but if the rise is not too great it could be worth doing some research over the weekend and nipping in. They seem to pay a respectable yield too.
Anyone have a view?
