PCF (PCF) update on review of 'errors and misstatements' in PCF Bank's accounts. Overstated capital ratios and hiding of regulatory Large Exposure limits. Group will be unable to publish and file its annual report and accounts by the due dates. Remains suspended. [SP=23.8 Cap=60m]
Quadrise Fuels (QFI) seeing increasing interest in bioMSAR from all segments of the energy market that are targeted. [SP=3.89 Cap=55m]
Nanoco (NANO) has petitioned the judge to delay the Samsung patent trial until after the patent review decision is announced. Expects trial late 2022. [SP=25.59 Cap=79m]
Cambridge Cognition (COG) wins 3 year £2.2m contract for at-home cognitive testing. [SP=149.9 Cap=47m]
Lookers (LOOK) another car dealer guiding FY significantly ahead of current expectations (which are U/L pretax £40m). [SP=72.43 Cap=285m]
Bion (BION) Malaysian biogas plant: co unable to secure and deliver 'engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning' contracts. Accounts delayed due to Malaysia lockdown. [SP=1.74 Cap=8m]
City Pub Group (CPC) AGM stmt: Group is trading profitably at today's volumes but trade hit because many customers didn't want to watch live sport at pubs because of the social distancing restrictions. [SP=128.4 Cap=132m]
Croma Security Solution (CSSG) guides FY(June) EBITDA of at least £1.85m , above mgmt exp. [SP=78.91 Cap=11m]
Escape Hunt (ESC) recent 5 week rev up 47% on 2019, EBITDA 'at site level' up 210%, LFL up 89%. [SP=40.9 Cap=36m]

Trakm8 (TRAK) FY adj EPS 0.07p down 75%. Outlook: with no further lockdowns or unmanageable supply chain issues co expects to return to pre-Covid-19 revenues and deliver a profit. [SP=18 Cap=9m]
Appreciate (APP) FY(Mar). recent trading slower than expected, hit by the pandemic. Xmas savings order book is now predicted to be c.14% down following the continued COVID uncertainty, having quoted c.11% lower in April. [SP=39.32 Cap=73m]
Supply @ME Capital (SYME) Term Sheet with Italian Banking Group and the Fintech Bank which envisages: "signing of a commercial agreement to manage both the origination of new Client companies and a multi-annual inventory funding plan; and the execution of a first inventory monetisation transaction involving a portfolio of Italian Client Companies." SYME will acquire up to 10% of the Fintech Bank. Names are confidential for now. [SP=0.36 Cap=121m]

James Fisher (FSJ) guides FY U/L op profit up despite weakness in Marine Support. [SP=912 Cap=460m]
Proactis (PHD) confirms no customer systems compromised and "only a very small amount of low level internal and non-commercially sensitive data,..was accessed by the perpetrators" in recent hack. [SP=74.04 Cap=71m]
Midatech Pharma (MTPH) £10m placing at 28.5p, a 12% discount, for drug development. [SP=32.8 Cap=21m]
Tasty (TAST) believes trade will remain robust throughout the summer months. [SP=5.99 Cap=8m]
Novacyt (NCYT) to launch two PathFlow covid lateral flow tests: professional and self-test The Company will initially target private market opportunities. [SP=346.1 Cap=282m]
Gaming Realms (GMR) as expected has launched Slingo Originals content in Michigan. [SP=32.5 Cap=94m]
NAHL (NAH) Lead volumes continue to grow month on month across the Group's PI business and in expert witness services in Critical Care. In case management services, leads remain subdued due to reduced accident numbers in Q1. Pleased with the level of interest received to acquire its Residential Property business. [SP=47 Cap=22m]

Pendragon (PDG) guides H1 U/P pretax c.£30m (-£31m) and FY £45m to £50m as it outperformed the new car market and hiked prices of used cars. [SP=18.52 Cap=259m]
PCF (PCF) won't issue H1 by end June. [SP=23.8 Cap=60m]
RA International (RAI) wins contract for "the construction of camp accommodation for 1200 personnel, administration and service facilities as well as the provision of integrated facilities management services in support of the Colluli Mining." Start subject to approvals. No $$$ but guided $20m previously. [SP=56.31 Cap=97m]
Esken (ESKN) FY(Feb) loss £150.3m. Outlook: biomass energy - "gate fees, volumes and margins have continued to show an improving trend and the financial performance of the business is anticipated to return to pre-COVID-19 levels in the current FY"; Southend Airport - passenger traffic uncertain but logistics strong. Mooted £120m funding for airport to be signed in 'coming days'. Placing coming. [SP=25 Cap=158m]
Gulf Marine Services (GMS) wins 3 contracts. Brings secured utilisation to 86% for 2021 and 50% for 2022. [SP=2.99 Cap=30m]
Immotion (IMMO) AGM stmt: small EBITDA profit in May then substantial one in June. Expects Q3 to be a period of very strong trading. [SP=5.19 Cap=22m]
Topps Tiles (TPT) LFL up 13% in Q3 cf 2019 but gross margins slightly lower than previous guidance. Outlook positive. [SP=72.4 Cap=141m]
GETECH (GTC) $536k contract to be billed this FY. FY still in line. [SP=24 Cap=16m]
Mercantile Ports & Logistics (MPL) guides FY(Dec) rev £0.75m. Cash & equvalents down to £1.7m end May. Accounts delayed until Sept. [SP=0.69 Cap=13m]
HSS Hire (HSS) Q2 U/L rev up 2% on 2019. Guides FY pre-IFRS16 EBITDA slightly ahead of market expectations and EBITA materially ahead. [SP=19.06 Cap=133m]
Eden Research (EDEN) FY(Dec). Current trading 'largely in line'. [SP=11.8 Cap=45m]
Urban Logistics REIT (SHED) £108m placing and PrimaryBid offer at 155p, a 5% discount, to invest in a "significant pipeline of attractive investment opportunities". [SP=163 Cap=416m]
