I think this is the best "we just don't care" RNS I've seen in a long time, from Russian gas company Novatek who are in the process of cancelling their listings in the West :

Merit (MRIT) sells Media, Events and Training operations of its Dods Political Engagement business fo £4.5m. Last FY adj EBITDA was £0.5m. [SP=38 Cap=9m]
CloudCoCo (CLCO) guides FY-Sept rev £24m+ (£8.0m) as a result of the previously announced acquisitions. 'Trading EBITDA' c.£1.0m (£745k). In line? [SP=0.99 Cap=7m]
Inspecs (SPEC) guides Q1-3 rev down 3% in $, up 4% in const currency. Will "delay the expansion of the existing Vietnamese factory and the investment in a new factory in Portugal until at least Q3 2023" due to lower order book. Weak demand expected in Q4 and H1'23. [SP=111.75 Cap=114m]

Plant Health Care (PHC) guides FY-Dec rev over $11.3m, materially ahead of market expectations, due to increased investment in product promotion and in inventory. "The increased revenue growth this year makes us confident that we are on track to achieve revenue of $30 million by 2025 and achieve cash breakeven within our existing cash reserves." [SP=9 Cap=28m]
Newmark Security (NWT) guides FY-Apr (two Prime Ministers ago) rev up 8%. Loss? Cost control cut loss in H2. Outlook "returned to profitability and positive operating cashflows during the first five months of FY 2023, whilst also continuing to grow revenues." [SP=23.15 Cap=2m]

Allergy Therapeutics (AGY) to resume UK manufacturing production in mid-November. Stoppage will cut rev by c.13-18% of market expectations of c. £80m. [SP=16.2 Cap=110m]
Likewise (LIKE) guides FY-Dec rev slightly above market expectations but profit miss due to unfavourable market conditions caused by the war, political instability in the UK and thehot summer. "Expects profit before tax margins to be below current expectations at c.2%." [SP=18.5 Cap=45m]
Bidstack (BIDS) fesses up to partner Azerion claiming it has the right to end agreement. BIDS had told some investors this already. "Azerion has no present entitlement to end its agreement with the Group...Contrary to the press commentary, there is no litigation with Azerion, and the contract with Azerion continues to operate as expected." [SP=2.7 Cap=25m]
Mattioli Woods (MTW) AGM stmt: "Against a backdrop of market volatility and proactive engagement from our advisers, we have seen sustained demand for advice from clients." Hikes final div to 17.8p (13.5p). [SP=586 Cap=300m]

4GLOBAL (4GBL) £4m five yr contract " with a major sporting infrastructure project for a city in the Middle East." Expects c.£600k booked this FY. [SP=58.88 Cap=15m]
James Cropper (CRPR) guides FY-Mar adj pretax only £2m vs £5.4m f/c. H1-Sep rev up 26% but profit only breakeven due to inflation. "hows a recovery through aggressive pricing actions and surcharges, supported by the recently announced Government support on energy prices." [SP=1022 Cap=95m]
Equals (EQLS) extends option period for CEO "to bring them in line with its current incentive plans which have a standard ten-year option period". Ten years! [SP=89 Cap=161m]
Argo Blockchain (ARB) gives up on getting £24m subscription, continuing to explore other financing opportunities. Opportunities! Hah! If no funding found co will be "cash flow negative in the near term and would need to curtail or cease operations." Sells more mining machines that co hasn't even got out of the box. EQTEC (EQT) R&D facility successfully upgraded for hydrogen and renewable natural gas testing following "completion of steam-oxygen gasification tests that confirm the suitability of EQTEC's synthesis gas technology". [SP=0.28 Cap=27m]
Chill Brands (CHLL) AGM stmt. relaunched website rev £10k in a week. Boosted by marketing of course. Forgets to say the magic word 'curated'. [SP=2.52 Cap=6m]

Time Out (TMO) €35m new secured loan note facility at 9.5% plus 3-month EURIBOR. [SP=37 Cap=126m]
Ince (INCE) £4.7m placing at 6p, a 5% premium, for growth. [SP=5.98 Cap=15m]
Surface Transforms (SCE) Big order but a dab on the brakes this FY. OEM10 places 6 yr order worth over £100m. Expects series production revenues starting in H1 2025. Cuts FY22 rev exp to £6.5m and profit by £3m due to technical issues at OEM 8 unrelated to its discs, delaying sales by a few months. SCE's own production problems means it "could not offer OEM 8 more than our previous commitments until the new £50m p.a. plant comes on stream in Q2 2023." [SP=41 Cap=99m]
