Creightons (CRL) FY-Mar rev down 4%. Pretax down 80%. There was no trading stmt since H2 in Dec. Biz returned to to profitability and positive cashflow in H2. No current trading. [SP=31.1 Cap=21m]
MGC Pharmaceuticals (MXC) another $1m from AMC Pharma for ArtemiC. [SP=0.23 Cap=8m]
Quadrise (QED) £1m placing and £2.25m OO at 1.25p, a 34% discount, to keep the lights on. [SP=1.71 Cap=24m]
Aptamer (APTA) £507k contract wins, included in the pipeline set out in recent RNS. Still needs further funding in the short-term. [SP=4.47 Cap=3m]
Capital (CAPD) positive operational and financial developments in majority-owned co MSALABS. Also $10m placing means CAPD's holding up from 77.8% to 81.8%. [SP=93.8 Cap=181m]

Fiinu (BANK) cost cuts and redundancies at subsidiaries, Fiinu 2 Limited and Fiinu Holdings as co fails to get exit funding to consider seeking re-application of banking license. Also "unable to utilise the funding options announced on 15 March 2023 with Dewscope Limited and GEM Global Yield and GEM Yield Bahamas". £4.3m at hand. Options include a change of strategy and/or a sale of the Group's technology assets. [SP=6.3 Cap=17m]

MGC Pharmaceuticals (MXC) in a follow-my-bleeder move also makes a £650k placing at 0.12p, a 57% discount, to keep the lights on. Warrants at 0.12p. [SP=0.26 Cap=7m]
ZOO Digital (ZOO) warns Q1 rev below management expectations which was already expected to be weaker YoY due to industry weakness. FY-Mar23 IFRS 15 guidance - adj EBITDA $2m higher. However co expects to inc mkt share due to several customers rationalisation their supplier bases, with ZOO selected as one of a smaller number of vendors. [SP=104.5 Cap=102m]
