Minoan (MIN) extends options which were granted in lieu of remuneration. Project at Cavo Sidero: "moving ahead...on the basis of the existing contract and associated documentation whilst it pursues further commercial discussions and negotiations with more hotel operators, financial and other types of partner". [SP=0.69 Cap=6m]
Woodbois (WBI) CEO resigns, but will continue to provide advisory support. Exec chmn takes on both roles. Claims it's to "enhance decision-making processes and improve operational efficiency". Board wasn't run properly if that's the case. Also "reinforcing the reporting of and competitive capital allocations to its distinct profit centres" to improve financial management and accountability. [SP=0.9 Cap=33m]
Supreme (SUP) buys out of administration of the trade and assets of FoodIQ UK, the protein manufacturer, for £175k. Co gets "access to a purpose-built, state-of-the-art, accredited, automated contract manufacturing facility that opened only 18 months ago and cost almost £1.2m to build".
