At around 1%, the dividend yield would be too low to attract "high yield" investors, but there's a special dividend due.

There was a piece in FT last week hinting that she might try to acquire the food outlet etc side of WH Smith to fold into SSP. At least that's what they tried to hint without actually saying it.
