So the courts/CPS/whoever have decided that Stokes will attend court but can travel to NZ to play?

Agreed. By not allowing him to go on the Ashes tour, it not only harmed England's chances, but virtually assumed guilt on his part.

Ive actually lost track of it all now... did stokes not travel to Oz because the courts said he couldn;t, or was it an ECB decsion so as not to "tarnish" the side.
I doubt it changed the overall result of the series, personally.
