Poor old Fulham - welcome to the PL. One of the favourites to go back to whence they came.
A luckyish win for CPFC over the Saints. Goalie played a blinder by all accounts. Palace have bought in new blood - Eze came on as sub and looked the business. However 3 points from the first game, with the back 4 from the reserves playing is a great result, especially given Palace's record against Saints. Just another 37 points and we'll be safe!
As I write it's 3-2 at Liverpool V Leeds after just 33 minutes!

Re: PL first day
Feel for Fulham, however, [expletive deleted] are very strong at the moment with Auba assuming he'll sign. But only one game in far too early to draw conclusions. Hope one team can break into top 6. Enjoyed MotD even without fans still great to have it back. Not watched EFL on Quest think lower leagues going to struggle longer this goes on.

[expletive deleted] have no issues upfront. To have a good season they need their new central defence to work and their midfield needs to step up a lot.
