Re: Fantasy Premier League Football.
It appears there is not much interest in a league despite the fact there were a few of us who regularly played. If there is to be another one I would play again. I felt the FPL game enhanced my viewing of football generally and revived my interest in football.

Problem is there's lots to choose from online with decent prizes. I've entered the Telegraph one.

Yes, looks like it was garfsuncle who set last year's one up, but hasn't posted here for some months.
As there's not much call, we'll park it. I have a team in the tournament and its in several other leagues, would have been good to have a lemonfool one again.
Good luck to all players.

Well done. I'm in with 3 others so far. We just need the other 9 or so from last year to join.

Re: Fantasy Premier League Football.
Hi all
Sorry I'm a bit late this year, but things have been a little hectic one way and another. I see that pje 16 has set up the Lemonfool league for the coming season; thanks for that. I don't know if this will work, but I have also renewed the league since all players from last year will then be automatically entered by FPL. I hope they won't find the double entry too complicated.
For anyone not included last year, joining the league couldn't be easier. Simply use the link below and you'll be added automatically after you've entered the game.

Re: Fantasy Premier League Football.
I see that there are now two leagues: The Lemon Fool set up by pje 16 and Lemonfool FFL just renewed by me. I see that the latter does in fact include all last season's players so if pje wants to cancel the new league, I think he can do so. Of course, there is no harm in having both leagues except that they will be a bit repetitious. I leave the decision to pje. Sorry for the muddle.
Regards
Alan

Yes, but the Premier League game is better organised. In case you didn't know, you pick a squad of 15 so each week, if one of your selected players doesn't play, you have a substitute. there are several other additional refinements. Why not play both? FPL is free!

Fair point and I've now tried but can't get past the non-recognition of my email/password and am unable to set up a new one. When I clicked on forgot password it said it was emailing me a link but I didn't receive it.

As at midnight tonight we have 19 players, that's more than last season. Come on someone, at least make us up to 20!

I'm number 20, and will probably remain there all season - didn't pick Haaland as I heard he was injured and would miss the first game
