Eddie waring commentary, "A. Dog", canine on the pitch

Ab billion years ago there was an occasion a during a televised RL match commentated on by Eddie waring, a dog got onto the pitch and general hilarity followed for a few minutes with EW (sure it was him...) commenting that the dog always remained on side etc. The producers even managed to get a caption below a shot of the dog as if it was its name ... "A. Dog" (or similar?)

has anyone a link to a YT video or web page or similar? I've tried googling and YT searching to avail however...
