Congrats on the season Bink. I've been watching from afar. It was looking good half way through.

For me the season has gone well. Keep a 100% record and only conceded 2 goals(both SE's) to promote to IV. Had the 11th best V record overall and it is looking like I am promoting to IV.58 which is definitely going to be a step up. I'm hoping it is as this season was boring and I could have won every game on a PIC.

Other notable team achievements:

Team TSI broke the 1m barrier
My first HG trainee surpassed the 50k TSI barrier.
YA earning were over £1m for the season

the last week went as anticipated, we lost to the champions 5-1 away, and the team in 3rd won their last game and finished 2nd on GD, so we finished 3rd.
At the end of the day, that's probably a decent reflection of the realities of our league.
With two old players from midfield and defence now carrying +7 and +5, its time to refresh our playmakers and defenders, so our top striker has gone for £1.75m and with a £3.5m pot to burn, we will do some buying before the next season starts. Would be nice to get back to series IV some time soon...

Been away. Now I'm back. Season was over a few weeks back, was third, last match was away to second place, who were only second on goal diff. I threw nearly everything at it, just because I could, and went down 4-2. That's okay, keeps the fans happy enough in the off season.

Apparently we're the 12th best IV in England. So fairly pleased to have come through in my first season back so well. 1st were auto promoted, so we'll see who comes down from above and up from below and take it from there, 2nd are too strong for me though, so it's staying up rather than going up that we'll need to focus on next season.

The season ended with a bit of a whimper rather than a bang, as I had two bots in the final two weeks.
Finished with a 100% win record, and will now be autopromoted into IV - a fairly scary prospect.
The team, whilst improving season on season, is not competitive yet. The average age of the first team is only 20, so at least another four seasons I guess before I will compete in IV.

Profit for this season was a massive £2.3m before player sales/ purchases. Low wages and strong gate receipts make a big difference!
