Hi - I'm hoping one or two of you can recommend somewhere to stay in comfort for a couple of nights in Norfolk. Mrs S needs some much needed R&R after a major op and follow up treatment, so somewhere not too hilly. Ideally within striking distance of the coast and having a decent food selection. I know its a broad brush, but any suggestions based on personal experience would be much appreciated. TIA

Re: Norfolk
We stayed in Norfolk a couple of years ago and suggest you look at the website for The White Horse, Brancaster, Staithe. We were staying nearby and dined there on several ocasions and it was great. Talked to some people who were staying there and they had nothing but praise for the rooms and service. They have abeautiful conservatory overlooking the sea, a very relaxing place.

Re: Norfolk
Try the Blakeney Hotel - right on the coast, flat walking.
I'd second Holt as a base - a little ways inland. Try Byfords.
