Coronavirus

We have booked Spain (last year) for this Easter. So we're either going or not.

We were also going to book Orlando for August and Tenerife for October. Should we continue to book these and rely upon refunds if we can't travel? We're checking our insurance to see what that covers

Heres an extract of an email from a friend in Sydney who was about to Cruise to Singapore and on to HK...

I'm in Sydney writing this and about to board the Queen Elizabeth tomorrow. You're right, coronavirus has had an impact on our trip from start to finish with a number of changes being made including our choosing not to fly out via Hong Kong, where we'd planned to spend 3 days, so we rerouted to Perth instead on our way here. Then we were expecting changes to our cruise to Singapore when we heard about the Diamond Princess, so weren't surprised when Cunard told us they were cancelling our cruise and refunding our money. We had to wait a few days till we found out what the rescheduled cruise(s) were, and we booked on them instead, 6 nights to Tasmania and then on to N Island NZ, they gave us a huge incentive to rebook so now we're in a much better class of suite and still managing to fly back via 4 nights in San Francisco with some money to come back! So although it's been quite a worrying time and a lot of time spent on reorganising, we are quite pleased with the end result.

So, obviously expect changes! We cruised from Beijing to Singapore in 2012 on the Diamond Princess, very nice ship...
