Afternoon all.
So it looks like our planned, and paid for, family holiday to a Greek island later on in July could actually be on given the recent positive news about ‘air corridors’.
I do, however, still have reservations about going and most of these centre around what restrictions we’ll come across once we’re there. As we’ve booked an apartment only, all our evening meals will be at tavernas and what I worry about is all the locals and tourists fighting for the same, smaller number of socially distanced tables each night. As we’re hiring a car, we could of course drive to different places if a restaurant was full but it’s getting to sound like more hassle than I would like.
Maybe I’m over-worrying and it’ll all work out fine, but I’m just a little concerned.
Does anyone have any relatives/know anyone in Greece that has commented on how things are?
Cheers, OLTB.
