I'm likely to need to go to Belgium for a few days in a couple of weeks. It looks like I can get a connecting train to my target town from Brussels, so am looking at train.
The return trip options give me a 1h 21min connection time at Brussels. Is that enough? The website says to allow 90-120 mins for standard/premier tickets at Brussels. I know I also need to consider a late local train as part of the equation.
Does anyone have any recent experience of Brussels Eurostar - I went via Paris in October and it was clunky but ok. Would 81 min connection be ok?
If the connection time is too tight I also have fly and drive options (I'm in Berks so nr airports and the tunnel), but train would be the preference.
thanks, BigB
