I have a website which was built using Mambo software. I ignored warnings that the software was out of date, and now I can't even log in as an administrator to retrieve the files for re-building the site with replacement software e.g. Joomla.
The GoDaddy help desk were stumped and unable to help.
Any ideas on this? Feels unfortunate to have to hack into my own website.
I guess there are two pieces of work 1) data recovery and 2) re-build the site ....
