Win 10 - 1809 Update

Can anyone shed any light as to what is going on here.

I had a notification saying Windows Update ready, click to continue, could be a long one etc etc. Anyway I clicked to allow it to happen and it did take quite a bit of time but seemed to load OK. i assumed it was the 1809 update.

Checking out my system details (Settings/About) it shows Windows Specification Windows 10 Home 1803, installed on 05/11/2018 (I had issues and windows was re-installed on that date). Settings/Windows Update shows "You're up to date, last checked : Today 10:15"

View Update History shows three lines:
Feature update to Windows 10, version 1809 - requires a restart to finish installing.
Feature update to Windows 10, version 1809 - requires a restart to finish installing. (same as above)
Feature update to Windows 10, version 1809 - successfully installed on 22/01/2019.

Quality update shows 2019-02 Update for Windows 10 version 1803 for x64-based systems (KB4346084) successfully installed on 10/05/2019

I just noticed on the shutdown options it said: install updates and restart;install updates and shutdown;sleep. I opted for restart and the update wording is no longer there so I guess it updated.

So why does the history show "requires a restart"? Why doesn't 'About' show 1809 installed yesterday or today? Should I notice new apps in the menu (there aren't any but not sure what's supposed to be installed)?

I should state that everything works as was prior to 'updates', I'm just curious why I have all these messages regarding restarts after I've restarted a few times and whether I have 1809 or still 1803.

Just type Winver in the search box.
