More 'Blocked folder access'
I dealt with MS Office and dropbox as suggested, but I am still getting this problem with explorer.exe (protected folder %userprofile%\Desktop) and VirtualDrive.exe (\Device\ClVtDrvCtrl). Is it OK to allow these 2 or have I got a problem as I have read that explorer.exe can also be a nasty if it is in the wrong place.

Thats is probably Cyberlink PowerDVD
If you dont use it just uninstall it.
If this is a new machine you should RESET it before installing anything to get rid of all the preinstalled crapware
